From the north of Portugal there is a Vinho Verde - a light, versatile, sometimes spritzy wine; a Gewurztaminer from Monterey, California that might get you into this polarizing grape; an unoaked Chardonnay from an unusual place, northeastern Italy; and an Austrian rosé from superstar Judith Beck.
