Jax Vineyard 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Y3 North Coast

95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot. Cassis, red currants, cherries, cocoa nibs, and light roast coffee bean. This is a full-bodied Cabernet but doesn’t fall into the jammy category of Cali Cabs. Nice ripe tannins from the grapes and fine grained tannins from French oak give this wine just enough grip but finishes smoothly.
