Murgo 2016 Brut Rosé Metodo Classico
100% Nerello Mascalese. Pomegranate, strawberries, and cherries are lifted by a bit of white pepper and lees. The bubble is gentle and persistent. Second fermentation happens in the bottle (metodo classico), and is aged on the lees for 22 months. The grapes are grown on the slopes of Mt Etna; an unusual but delicious sparkling wine.
