Zarate 2020 Albariño

100% Albariño. Key lime, lemon, not quite ripe nectarine, white flowers, saline, and a stream of wet stones. Very bright, and nicely tart white from Galicia. Palette is juicy and will make you salivate for food. Pair with seafood, oysters come to mind as you won’t need a mignonette.
