This edge-y, natural wine, cult phenom is exactly what you would expect from Frank Cornelissen if a bit lighter than his recent bottlings. There is a freshness and nervy acidity along with a slight prickle on the tongue that is reminiscent of fun homemade wines in a carboy in the basement. Unfined and lightly filtered. Minimal sulfites. Very Limited. Organic.
