Refund policy

Occasionally, a bottle of wine is faulty. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns for flawed or corked wines, which means the wines must have been opened by the customer and exhibit a fault that has ruined the wine. For us to accept a return the unfinished bottle must be returned to us. We do not accept empty bottles for returns.

All other returns will be on a case by case basis.

Cancelled Website Orders

There is a 10% restocking fee for cancelled/refunded website orders that are under $50. For orders of $50 or more there is a 7% restocking fee.

If the error is ours there is no restocking fee.
