Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery to customers within a 20 mile radius (approximately) from the store at the following flat rates, per order.

In the town of Upton - Free

5 or more miles from store - $10

10 or more miles from store - $15

15 or more miles from store - $25

20 or more miles from store - $35

$50 order minimum for all deliveries.

We also offer shipping via FedEx. Currently we are only allowed to ship within the state of Massachusetts. At checkout you may choose from a list of shipping options. Fees will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.

Shipping exceptions in the summer months. We will not ship packages if the forecasted temperatures are above 80 degrees for three or more days in either the originating location (Upton, Massachusetts) or at the recipient’s location. We will hold the package until an appropriately safe temperature window becomes available. We prefer to ship when the temperatures are below 75 degrees for three or more days in the originating location (Upton, Massachusetts) and at the recipient’s location. If temperatures are above 75, at the customer’s request, we will arrange shipment at the customer’s risk.

Cancelled Website Orders

There is a 10% restocking fee for cancelled/refunded website orders that are under $50. For orders of $50 or more there is a 7% restocking fee.

If the error is ours there is no restocking fee.
