100% Nebbiolo. Bold and juicy aromas of cherries, plums, roses, and tar - classic aromas for this varietal. The wine is very full-bodied, with bracing acidity and ripe, abundant tannins. Would recommend decanting. Braised veal or pork shoulder would be two perfect pairings.
