La Rame 2022 Bordeaux Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry, grapefruit, boxwood, papaya, and a bit of tangerine. This is a mid-weight Sauvignon Blanc, not light and certainly not heavy, seemingly just right. The tangerine comes through more on the palate and a most satisfying and crisp finish. Hand harvested, aged on the lees for six months, and no oak.
