Manissy 2021 Tavel Rosé “Cuvée des Lys”

60% Grenache, 30% Clairette, and 10% Syrah. Black and red raspberries, blood orange, and a subtle floral nuance. A classic Rosé that you don't see that often anymore. Darker in hue than most Rosés, more texture and a heft that allows you to pair with heartier dished throughout the year. Medium-bodied, with a textured finish that slowly fades. Organic.
