Prudhon, Henri 2020 Bourgogne Rouge “Les Charmeaux”

100% Pinot Noir. Raspberry and crunchy red and black fruits, sous bois, with a light savory aspect. This cuvée is drawn from several parcels in Saint Aubin. The vines are a mix of young (10 years) and older (40 years). The wine is aged in small barrel for eight months, none of which is new.
