Cantina del Pino 2021 Barbera d’Asti “Bricco Gallinetta”

100% Barbera. Focused cherry and mixed wild red berries, with a fresh fig component, and stony minerality. Medium-bodied and fruit forward, this is a welcome alternative to the darker, heavier Barberas from Alba. A touch of tannin on the finish, this wine drinks great now, but will be equally good with a few years in the cellar.
