100% Sangiovese. Black cherries, plum, licorice, bitter almond, and a bit of tar. Old-school and serious Chianti made by Gabrielle and Valeria who purchased the farm in 1988 and immediately farmed organically. Deeply fruited and with firm tannins this is a classic and age-able Chianti. Organic.
