100% Gringet. Pear, mandarin orange, honeydew melon. This is a mineral-driven white from the foothills of the French Alps. Medium-minus-body, with a nervy character. Touch of saline on the subtle finish. Only 50 acres or so of this grape exists, and only in this small region of France. Organic.
