100% Gamay. Fresh strawberries, raspberries, macerated strawberries, touch of citrus, lightly floral, and a moist soil/forest trail earthiness. This vintage shows bright and forward fruit aromas that persist and linger. Very fresh and focused for a warm and dry vintage. Medium-bodied with a pleasingly long finish. This will be equally at home with a fancy dinner of roast chicken or pork, as well as with a burger or picnic. Organic.
