Les Arromans 2021 Entre-Deux-Mers

50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. Citrus, grapefruit, a bit of grass, and a hint of beeswax. Aromatic nose leads to bright fruit flavors and a nice tactile feel in the mouth. A portion of the fermenting wine sits with the skins for a short time. Light to medium-bodied. Practicing organic.
