70% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina, and 10% Croatina. Bright cherry and macerated red berries, a dusting of powdered cocoa and dried rose petals with a gravelly mineral note. This is a medium-bodied wine with a tannic and edgy texture that will add some bite to winter stews and fattier roasts. Aged in Slavonian oak casks for one year, this Alto-Piemonte red is just starting to open up. Will improve and gain complexity over the next year. Organic.
