100% Garnacha Blanca. Apricots, peach, tangerine, apple blossoms, and light spice and leesy notes. Medium-bodied and round on the palate, the wine is dry, crisp and carries the stone fruit flavors on a medium-long lingering finish. The wine rests in various vessels; concrete tanks, foudres, and 500 liter barrels before being bottled, all of which adds to the texture and flavors. Organic.
