Textbook 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa 375ml (half-bottle)

94% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Merlot. Dark plum, cassis, dried cherry, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, and cedar. Lush texture with silky tannins. Special care was taken sorting berries in the field and then hand-picking in the winery. Wine was aged in French oak (30% new) for fourteen months. This half bottle is perfect for a steak dinner alone or when a couple just wants a glass each to share.
