100% Pinot Noir. Red raspberry, strawberry, mixed berry compote, cinnamon. Very aromatic and with a concentration of flavors that belie the light to medium bodied weight. The acidity is balanced with the ripe fruit and creates a seamless experience. The wine can be a bit tight, so a decantation before serving is recommended. Organic.
