45% Gamay, 45% Groleau Noir, and 10% Cabernet Franc - roughly. Red fruits galore, cherries, currants, raspberries, strawberries, with a bit of herb and earth thrown in. This is fairly straight-forward Loire red loaded with flavor and finishes dry with barely a hint of tannin. Will take a chill. Great with roast chicken. Organic.
