Peillot 2021 Bugey Mondeuse

100% Mondeuse. Red with a little black raspberry, cherry, violets, mineral, and a hint of black licorice. This vintage is on the lighter side with nary a tannin in sight. Bright and snappy this pairs equally well with duck, game, or a juicy burger.
