Punta Crena 2020 IGT Colline Savonesi Rosso “Cruvin”

100% Crovino. Blackberries, blueberries, wild herbs, and licorice, with an earthy finish. Medium-bodied with easy-going tannins. Nicely dry with a good concentration and long finish. The Ruffino family may be one of the few if not last to grow this grape as it can be tricky. The grapes tend to drop when ripe, hence the hopeful red fox on the label.
