100% Chardonnay. Citrus, lemon oil, pineapple, lees, toast, fresh curds. Medium-plus-bodied white Burgundy from vineyards in the village of Fuissé. The wine is left on the lees for about a year giving it a beautiful rich toasty note. Excellent concentration without heaviness. Chiseled, with a mineral finish.
