Chezeaux, J. 2021 Bourgogne Blanc

Roughly 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. A fairly rare exception in Burgundy where Pinot Blanc makes up a clear majority. The grapes are harvested and co-fermented, then aged in neutral barrels for about nine months. The wine is crisp and fresh with citrus and stone fruits with a floral note. Less than an acre of vines produce this wine. Limited.
