Vignoble Dauny 2023 Sancerre “Caillottes”

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry, citrus, subtle white grapefruit, and hint of grass and flint. Aromas are almost delicate in their individuality, yet as a whole are full and lovely. The flavors follow seamlessly and the palate shows good concentration with medium weight. The wine is crisp but also delivers a round almost soft trailing finish. Pair with Chèvres, and seafood of all kinds. Organic.
