100% Monastrell (Mourvèdre). Black and red berries, black pepper, dried fig, meaty, with a ferrous mineral note. Classic aromas of Mourvèdre at this price point make this an even more attractive wine. Full-bodied with palate staining concentration, and a medium-long finish. Four month in French oak. Pair with red meats or a very intense Mediterranean chicken or pork dish. Organic.
