Brea 2023 Chardonnay Central Coast

100% Chardonnay. Lemon, apple, rising dough and sweet cream. Light-bodied example of Chardonnay with barely a hint of oak. The grapes mostly come from cool vineyards which keeps the acidity bright. Aged in neutral oak the wine goes through malolactic fermentation to give the texture a bit of creaminess. Organic.
