100% Crljenak Kaštelanski (Zinfandel). Black raspberry, blackberry, savory herbs, baking spices, and freshly turned soil. Very complex nose with primary fruit flavors giving way to tertiary aromas, a bouquet of interesting aroma memories. Medium-plus-bodied, the spiciness leads the way on the palate. Pair with steak Diane, and nearly anything off the grill. Organic.
