La Tosa 2023 Ortrugo Dei Colli Piacentini Frizzante

90% Ortrugo and 10% Trebbiano Romagnolo. Pear, melon, hint of citrus, and a touch of floral. Lightly sparkling, aka frizzante, this is very light and barely shows a hint of sweetness. This is essentially a “dry” wine. The tastes are very crisp and clean and the finish lingers with a gentle, almost imperceptible, tannin. A seriously delicious and fun wine for patio sipping and appetizers.
