Sister’s Run 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon “Old Testament” Coonawarra

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Blackberries, black currant, dark cherry, eucalyptus, baked earth, vanilla and toasty oak. Not an opulent Cabernet, but very much akin to an edgy Bordeaux from the left bank. Assertive flavors, good middle palate, and a long finish. Highly recommended as BBQ buddy. Pairs well with lamb, beef, portobello.
