This dry, medium-bodied Greek wine is very aromatic and is nicely complex with flavors that mirror the aromas. Refreshing acidity, the wine has a crisp mouthfeel and a fairly long finish. Pairs beautifully with the fresh catch of the day, goat cheeses, and stuffed grape leaves. Organic.
