Valter Sirk 2021 Rebula (Ribolla Gialla)

100% Ribolla Giala. Tangerine, apple, peach, white blossoms, and toasty lees. Three days of skin contact make this an “orange” wine for beginners. Lightly tannic with nice palate texture to create a long finish. The wine is light-bodied, but has excellent concentration. Pair with more flavorful seafood or poultry. Organic.
