Torbreck 2022 Semillon “Woodcutter’s”

100% Semillon. Pineapple, lemon curd, citrus, apple, spice and leesy. Medium-bodied white with a creamy but bright texture. As the wine opens up, the edges start to soften and the broader, almost waxy palate coating develops. Persistent finish. Pair this with chicken, fish, Indian food, and firm or semi-firm cheeses.
