Gahier, Michel 2020 Arbois Trousseau “Le Clousot”

100% Trousseau. Red currants, black raspberries, blood orange, turned earth, and mineral notes. The youngest vines are used here and the wine is the lightest of Michel’s Trousseau bottlings. The wine’s lofty aromas follow through on the palate. The flavors are light on first sip but build and show a deceptive concentration. The wine is simply delicious with unexpected complexity. Drinking great now. Organic.
