Guiberteau 2019 Saumur Rouge "Les Chapaudaises"

100% Cabernet Franc. Red currants, cranberry, fresh raspberries, citrus, tomato leaf, savory, and earthy. This is juicy, bright, tart, and very food friendly. From Bizay in the village of Épieds, the vineyard was planted in 1948. 100% de-stemmed, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 10 months in wooden tanks, filtered. Very limited. Certified in 2007, but converted to organic in 2000.
