Atzei Saragat 2024 IGT Isola dei Nuraghi Vermentino

100% Vermentino. Lemon peel, nectarine, light floral impression, and a hint of saline. This medium-bodied white from Sardinia has a nice freshness but is round and has moderate acidity. A pleasant viscosity and medium long finish makes this a delightful alternative to more familiar grape varieties. Pare with chicken and fish dishes, or chunks of pecorino.
