Cá Di Sopra 2023 Ravenna IGT Pinot Bianco “UAIT”

100% Pinot Bianco. Honeydew melon, ripe pear, with green apple, floral, and a slate-like mineral touch. Full-bodied white with lifting acidity that balances the fat fruit. Round on the palate and finishes with some saline. This goes nicely with cheese filled pasta, fish, or a simple bruschetta. Organic practicing.
