Colleleva 2025 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (Kermit Lynch)

100% Verdicchio. Mixed citrus, lemon zest, tangerine, a hint of saline, and touch of rising dough. A light-bodied and easy-drinking classic Italian white from the Marches. No malo-lactic fermentation creates a taut style. Very pleasant finish. Pair with grilled tuna, seafood casserole, and lemon, rosemary roasted chicken.
