100% Dolcetto. Plums, almonds and dark cherry fruit with a little backbone and a hint of earth, spicy. Vanilla and a floral perfume round this wine out. Textually soft, velvet comes to mind, but you will want a bite of carbs, fat, or protein after every sip. Full-bodied.
