Perrini 2020 Salento IGT Negroamaro

100% Negroamaro. Cherries, plums, black tea, earthy, and gently floral. This medium-bodied red from Puglia is easy drinking and nicely balanced. Very complex for an inexpensive wine and it evolves to reveal more nuances with time spent during a meal. A perfect dancing partner with pasta or pizza but will cut a rug with braises, chicken, pork, and even hearty fish plates. Organic.
