Tassarolo 2022 Gavi "Spinola"

100% Cortese. Melon, pear, hint of citrus, orange blossom, crushed almond, and barely a whiff of herb. While basically light on its feet, this Gavi has a great mouthfeel and persistent flavors. Super as an aperitif or paired with fish and light chicken dishes, or a Caesar salad. Organic.
