Tannins are ripe, and give the wine a note of seriousness; although, you could put a slight chill on this for summer patio fare. Vines are 15-20 years old and come from various plots around the village of Saumur. Drink now and be very happy, drink in a few years - you'll still be very happy, maybe happier. Organic.
