100% Pinot Noir. Raspberries, tart cherries, subtle strawberries, tumbled stones, mushroom earthiness, and light scent of flowers. Very precise and minerally driven Pinot from Chile. Medium-bodied with bright acidity that gives the wine energy and makes it perfectly suitable for a plethora of food pairings. Try with salmon, pasta with herb or cream sauces, pork loin with fig sauce, portobello and roquefort, and, of course, roast chicken.
