Corvidae 2021 Chardonnay “Mirth”

100% Chardonnay. Citrus, apple, topical fruit and lees. This vintage of their Chardonnay is on the richer side with riper fruit flavors than previous - stainless steel fermented. Medium-plus-bodied, with a soft and round palate, this is a crowd-pleaser. Great for groups, a casual sipper, and simple fare.
