Paris, Vincent 2020 VdP Collines Rhodaniennes Syrah

100% Syrah. Straight-forward aromas of blackberry, black pepper, and subtle smoked meat. This entry level wine from Vincent, is lighter in weight than the St. Joseph and Cornas bottlings, yet still has a focused presence with great depth of flavor for a basic regional wine. Some tangy notes and light tannins on the finish allows this to stand up to fairly hearty dishes from the grill or the braising pan.
