A blend of Corvina, Cabernet, Merlot, and Raboso. Black cherries, maraschino cherries, plum, spice, and almond. This versatile red blend shows excellent complexity and texture well beyond its price. Medium-bodied with some ripe tannin on the finish. Pairings are numerous, but one that comes easily to mind is porchetta and risotto. Organic.
