Slavček 2022 Črno Red Slovenia

40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Refošk (Refosco), 10% Barbera. This red from Slovenia has a very complex nose of cherries, pomegranate, plum, charm pop, spice, earth, and leather. Medium-bodied and mouth-filling flavors extend the aromas through the mid-palate. This will be fabulous with winter stews, but come spring will be a happy partner with grilling. Organic.
