Sophie Schaal 2024 Alsace Pinot Gris

100% Pinot Gris. Hints of yellow delicious apple, citrus, quince, a touch of clove. Round, not fat, leaning more to the crisp and mineral characteristics of the grape.  Excellent with ham and Swiss/alpine style cheeses. Organic.
