Suduiraut 2007 Sauternes 375ml (half-bottle)

95% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Candied apricot, yellow peach, vanilla, honey and beeswax with a hint of minerality. The palate is taut, very elegant and wonderfully sweet, with honey, spices and a hint of wood. The long finish lingers with notes of liquorice, Seville orange and a trace of hot spice.
